RELEASE IDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The voluntary participation in the activities at TEXAS PROSPECTS BASEBALL ACADEMY INC. camps and clinics, is not without an inherent risk of injury. By signing up for for participation, participants and parent/legal guardians release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the camp, TEXAS PROSPECTS BASEBALL ACADEMY INC., coaches, instructors, or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, action, and clauses of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by said minor, whether caused by the negligence of the relelase, or otherwise while participating in such activity, or in, on, or upon the premises where the activity is taking place. Participants and parent/legal guardians are solely responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment.
